This Privacy Policy explains how Irreductible LLC ("Irreductible", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with Irreductible Leads, our platform for capturing and managing leads through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
Two distinct roles. It matters which hat we are wearing for a given piece of data:
If you are an end user who messaged a business over WhatsApp and you want to exercise your rights, you may contact us and we will route your request to the responsible business, or you may contact that business directly.

We are a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Most of our business customers, and most of the people who message them, are located in Argentina and elsewhere in Latin America. Where a business customer is subject to a local data protection law, that customer is the controller of its leads' data, we act on its instructions, and we support it in meeting those obligations. Section 9 explains how to exercise your rights wherever you live.
When a business signs up and connects its account through Meta's Embedded Signup flow, we process:
When a person starts or continues a WhatsApp conversation with a number managed through our platform, we receive from Meta and process on behalf of the business customer:
wa_id).Server logs, IP address, browser and device type, and admin dashboard usage events, for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
We do not request or store sensitive data. We do not solicit information about health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sex life, or criminal records. If a person volunteers such information in the body of a message, it receives the same protection as all other message content and remains subject to the business customer's instructions.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use lead conversation content to train our own models, we do not use it for advertising, and we never share it with other business customers.
We are established in the United States, and our infrastructure — along with Meta's platform — is hosted there and in other countries. Personal data originating in Argentina and elsewhere in Latin America is therefore transferred outside the country where it was collected.
For those transfers we enter into written agreements with each recipient that bind it to a level of protection equivalent to the one described in this policy, restrict it to processing on our documented instructions, and prohibit any use of the data for its own purposes. A business customer that needs a specific transfer instrument to satisfy its own local law can request one at tomas@irreductible.net.

Once the applicable period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly dissociated.

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we will notify affected business customers without undue delay and support any notifications required.
As a data subject you may request access, rectification, updating, and deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing.
Write to tomas@irreductible.net. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and resolve it within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex we may extend that period once, and we will tell you why before the first 30 days are up. We do not charge for any of this.
If your data was processed on behalf of a business customer, we will forward your request to that business, which decides on it, and we will tell you that we have done so.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live — in Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública. You may also raise it with the business customer you originally messaged, which is the controller of your data.
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find that we hold a minor's data without proper authorization, we will delete it.
Our admin dashboard uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and ensure security. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for commercial purposes.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in applicable law. The current version will be published on this page with its update date, and where changes are material we will notify business customers by email with reasonable advance notice.
